Subprocessors

Last updated: August 4, 2026.

Running DoorPrep means a few other companies handle some of your data. This page names every one of them, what reaches them, and why. It is the detail behind section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

The address a message goes to, and its contents — which for an invoice or a quote includes your customer’s name, the order number, the amount and a link to the document. Sending email: invoices, quotes, password resets, billing notices.

WhoWhat they getWhy
Stripe
United States
Your billing name, email and payment details. Card numbers go to Stripe directly and never reach us. Taking subscription payments. Only if you subscribe.

The photograph of the label you scan. A label usually carries a customer name, an order number and often a delivery address. Reading stickers on the Decode screen. Only when you scan one; typing an order in by hand sends nothing.
Your own online store
where you host it
Nothing. DoorPrep reads your public product list; it sends no data the other way. Pulling your catalogue names and prices. Only if you sync it.

Changes

If we add a subprocessor that handles your data, we will update this page and say so by email or in the app before it starts. If that is a problem for you, it is a fair reason to cancel and we will not argue about it.
