Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026. Operator: Andrii Ozarchuk (“DoorPrep”).

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email, role, hashed password/PIN.

Business data you enter: orders, doors, customers, materials, invoices, photos. Business data may include information about your own customers; you are responsible for having the right to enter it, and we process it only on your behalf to provide the service.

Usage/technical data: log timestamps, IP address, basic diagnostics.

Cookies: we use cookies and similar technologies (such as session tokens) to keep you signed in and to operate and secure the service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, authenticate users, process your subscription, and provide support. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run DoorPrep (e.g. cloud hosting, and — if you enable it — a payment processor), under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored in the United States in a managed database, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Passwords/PINs are stored hashed. Each shop’s data is isolated from others.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. After your account is closed, you may request an export within 30 days; we then delete your data within a retention window of up to 60 days, except where a longer period is required by law (e.g. billing records). You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@doorprep.com.

DoorPrep is a small business and is not currently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); we honor export and deletion requests regardless.

6. Do Not Track

Our service does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We do not track users across third-party websites.

7. Children

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new effective date here and notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
